 This is
Crater Lake Lodge. It was totally rebuilt in 1995, having been poorly
designed and maintained since its inception in 1917. It was actually condemned in 1989, but rescued by popular demand. The
newly remodeled rooms are VERY nice (a maid let me sneak a peek!)
The lady at the front desk told me that the snow was over the second story windows when they came up to open it up in May this year. Drifts
have been known to cover the third story windows fairly often. Check out the live
web cam to see what it's like now!
