I found Max Schafer over with the breakfast bunch catching up on old times with Hector Hinojosa, Ron Kuhn, and Pete Kampas. Max promised we wouldn't have to move offices for the rest of the day at least! |
Jerry Brown, Bob Livingston, Larry Stenho, and Gary Parish were busily talking over the insurance situation. |

I caught Dave Kuester and Bill Myers catching up on old times. First time I've seen Bill in quite a while. |
Wanda Fox and Bill Gaylor were busy talking over what's been going on since they last met. I didn't have the camera out when Wanda came over and planted a big one on Bill! |
Parke Dolph appeared sans badges. I was afraid he'd been mugged or something, but he said they were just weighting him down, so he left them at home! |
Ray Thompson announced that he'd been contacted by the youngest daughter of the late Jerry Allen, and that she was looking for information on her father's career with Collins Radio. Jerry and Dorothy were good friends who always opened their Tien Mou home to us visiting field troops and engineers back in the days when we were working in Taiwan. I passed along my email address to Ray, and I'm looking forward to hearing from Rebecca. |

Almost felt like I was back in the early days in Korea when I walked into the April 2006 Rockwell-Collins Retirees Association meeting to find Dick Hawkins and Parke Dolph. |
While I was there I ran into Jack Bowling, whom I hadn't seen in years. |
And Oliver Rankin was also a visitor I hadn't seen in quite a while. |
The speaker was Dallas Morning News columnist Steve Blow, who gave a most interesting "heart-to-heart" talk. |
