Angie's Family Visits California - July 2001 |

Angie accompanied her mother, two sisters and a nephew to California where they are staying at third sister's home. Sunday they went out driving in the country where they found a "all you can eat/pick" peach orchard. She said that after they picked a lot of the little peaches, they discovered the larger ones further back in the orchard. Ummm! She'd better bring some home when she comes! |

One day they took the BART train from the nearby station and rode to Powell street in downtown San Francisco. While there they had lunch with Fabian's cousin and got a chance to see the famous San Francisco cable cars. |

Another excursion took them to Pacific Grove, Carmel, and Pebble Beach. Fabian got this picture of his grandmother at Pacific Beach. Angie is in the background talking to me on a cell phone. I accused her of just wanting to rub it in! |

Their latest site seeing adventure took them on an all day trip to Yosemite National Park. Here's one of Fabian's pictures of Yosemite Falls. Not much more water than when we were there last year! |
