I didn't take many pictures at the April 07 Rockwell-Collins Retirees' meeting, but I did catch Gerry Brown and Glenda Offutt. Hadn't seen either of them in quite a while. |

At the October 2007 Rockwell-Collins Retiree meeting whom should I run into but Jim Laird. We were both in Jim Aldridge's Far East Group back in 1967 for the ROKA-MOC projects. Great to see him again |

It was a beautiful day for a meeting at the Civic Center. The wildflowers planted by the city set off the new Methodist church in the background. |
As usual, there was a good turnout. |
Well look who showed up! Norma Barnes told us that Dallas' pollution aggravated her asthma so badly that they had to move to the country. She's now living in Pollok near Lufkin and Nacodoches. She says it's a "one street subdivision". In the background at left is Ed Sims. |
Everett Turvey looks like he's ready for the program to commence while Jim and Connie Wallner visit in the background. |
Connie Wallner sent along this picture she took of myself, Clyde Sample, Jim Wallner, and Dick Hawkins. It's the first time I've seen Clyde (who dug me out of a jillion holes in the factory) in a long time. Dick was moving kind'a slow with a cane after a hip replacement, ... but he was moving! And he says it darned sure doesn't hurt anymore! |
