We went a full year without any luncheons due to the Covid Pandemic restrictions. With most everybody vaccinated that wanted to be, we resumed a year later with the April 2021 luncheon.

Ten of us showed up for the April 2021 Lost Friends Luncheon to catch up on what's been going on for the last year and who should appear to wait on us but Casey himself. It's just like the intervening year never happened!

As Casey takes orders, Mike Lewis, Allegra Burnworth, Jim Wallner, and Marvin Howard are making themselves at home.

Hail, hail, the gang's all here! We had a pretty good turnout for July, and as a result many good war stories were told, even a few I hadn't heard before! Are your ears burning? They should be!

Jim Sumlin. I hadn't seen Jim in probably 30 years or more. One look at those eyes and I recognized him, and his voice cemented the recognition. We had a lot of catching up to do.

It was a mighty sparse turnout for the November Lost Friends' Luncheon. However that gave the three of us a great chance to have a really good catch-up conversation. And I do mean catch up! I don't think I'd seen Jim Sumlin in at least 30 years if not more! I believe this was his first time to join us.
