Christmas in Texas - 2003
Last Revised 15 May 2010

Alex had a real surprise this year in a hot wheels racing machine. You roll the cars in at the bottom right, and the motors in the center give them a boost to race through the dragon's coils. The head moves up and down making for some spectacular wrecks now and then.

Santa also left a mechanical marvel of a remote controlled vehicle along with some matchbox collector items.

Hotwheels!

Tired but happy

Maggie and Joseph are enjoying a few minutes of peace and quiet after another great Christmas.

Despite our protestations of "no gifts", we were on the receiving end here. Their choice of gifts was certainly good, thank you!

And Gene Harkey was right, you can run but you can't escape those chocolate birthday cakes. Ohhhh, it was goooood! Now to the gym.

Another Christmas - Another birthday

Christmas dinner at the Nances

Over at the Nances house, Santa also left a bountiful set of gifts. They were just setting down to a Christmas dinner when we arrived. We were still stuffed from all of Maggie's cooking, but finally succumbed to some of Nenette's apple sauce cake.

Edward got his first electric razor for Christmas this year! Now the boy is growing like a weed, but I don't think he's quite ready to shave yet. The electric razor in this case is a Razor E-100 electric scooter. Now that is neat!
